Features and conditions of the accommodation.

The Palacio de Olza is a rural holiday accommodation for hire in its entirety by one group at a time, in the same way as a holiday cottage.
Accommodation: 22+9 people.
Event: During the week, with or without an overnight stay, see our sections on company events.

2024-2025 RATES:
Hire of the whole property and set price for weekends.
Low season: Weekend: €2.400.
Mid season: June, Bank holiday weekends, Easter/Holy Week and Christmas, minimum of four nights: €3,800.
High season: 28th June to 29th August. Minimum of six nights: €6,300 (€5,800 or €5,500 with the family discounts, see below).
Extra night: €700 (€985 in high season).
Midweek only: Contact us for prices.
Breakfasts, lunches and/or dinners for groups staying: Contact us for prices.
Company from Monday to Friday: €700.
Company from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m or 3 ro 8 p.m.: €350.
Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner for groups staying: Price on request.

YEAR 2026:
Opening to reservations for old clients on August 1 and for new clients on September 1.

Discounts:
Large families or at least five children: 10% discount for the entire reservation through the web or in summer 5,600 per week If you belong to an association of large families, in instead of 10% is a 15% discount or 5,300 in summer. Discount not applicable on Easter and Christmas.

The price includes bedsheets, towels, bathrooms with shower gel, toilet paper, amenities and hair dryer. Heating, firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue. The swimming pool is in operation from Easter to the 30th September. Contact us before your arrival to discuss the configuration of your bedrooms and any free services you need (travel cots, highchairs, additional small kitchen appliances, etc.)

The booking will be confirmed when the transfer is made for 40% of the total price of the accommodation. See our cancellation policy.

Remember that there is an exception: Olza and his palace are familiar and quiet places and reservations are not accepted for parties such as bachelor parties or music in the garden or patio of the estate. Tenants who wish to come should avoid noise or disturbances in the town, being prohibited on the farm.
