Palacio de Olza opened in June 2020. A special, unique and private place is waiting for you, where everyone can get together. It is designed to bring together large family groups, company meetings or for groups of couples who want to choose a unique building as a base for visiting Navarre, La Rioja or the Basque Country.  You will have the whole estate and the building to yourselves, and during your stay you can be self-catering, or you can ask us to organise breakfasts, lunches and/or dinners, or whatever you need.

It is a historic building whose shape has remained unchanged for over five centuries. It is a palace converted into a Rural Holiday Home to rent in its entirety, for a single group or event at a time. We have 22+9 spaces in ten bedrooms, with eleven full bathrooms.

Outside you will find a covered dining area with a full kitchen and XXL barbecue, pool with salt chlorination, garden with lovely views, an arcaded courtyard (with dining area, lawn, fountain and firewood shed) and a private parking area.

Inside, there are ten bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the two upper floors. On the ground floor you will find a dining room for 33 (there are folding tables). There is also a lounge and television area (75 inches) with eight sofas. A full kitchen with two ovens, two fridges, a freezer, hob with 5 rings, small kitchen appliances and semi-industrial 1-3 minute dishwasher. The ground floor has two toilets, a laundry room and lift. The house has underfloor heating that can be adjusted for each room, and wifi internet. The bedrooms consist of 6 twin rooms, 2 rooms with double bed, 2 quadruple rooms and an extra 9 folding beds.
